Nicholas A. Eisengrein - CEO & Founder

Mr. Eisengrein currently is attending the University of South Florida, Tampa, as a Junior studying Business Management. In 2023, Nicholas transferred to USF, Tampa to pursue his education and seek new opportunities.

Previously working at an Italian restaurant for nearly four years has given Nicholas the passion to support local businesses in his community.

Nicholas’ next step in life is continue to grow his team to fulfill the mission of “Bridging the Gap Between Local Businesses and Students.”

Michael R. Greco - Investor & Mentor

Mr. Greco has over 30 years of experience in Project Engineering Management. His responsibilities were; Technical Design, Engineering Solutions, Problem Solving, Budgeting, Risk Management, Data Analysis, Team Leadership, and Communication. These skills were instrumental in developing numerous tire lines for Pirelli & Armstrong, projects that involved millions of dollars in investment.

Mr. Greco graduated from the University of New Haven with a BS degree. After retirement, Mr. Greco forged his own business in Real Estate Development.

John C. Bielefeldt - Advisory Board

Mr. Bielefeldt, Broker, MIRM, has more than 30 years of experience in investments, acquisition, sales, and financing. He has consulted with over 400 leading developers and helped develop, market and sold over 200 real estate projects exceeding $2 billion in value. Clients include Disney, Celebration, WCI, Bonita Bay, the Villages, Ameris Bank, and Ritz Carlton.

Mr. Bielefeldt graduated from Cornell University (BS Economics/Marketing) and is a licensed broker in FL and GA. Mr. Bielefeldt is a frequent speaker at the IMN, Crittenden, NAHB, and Opal conferences.
